How we plan a retreat
Twelve months out, share dates, headcount, and goals. We confirm the setting. Six months out, we lock lodging and the daily plan. Thirty days out, we confirm arrivals, rooms, and the schedule. Event week, we run logistics on the ground.
Our team is bilingual. Local experts on our team have more than 20 years of Gold Coast experience. The founder and his family split time between Dallas, Texas and Brasilito, Guanacaste. We are the bridge between a North American team and the right people here.
Monumental CR is a new company with long local experience. Our first three retreat and celebration groups receive founding-client terms. In exchange, we ask for photography rights and a written review.
